Group Sessions

Working out in a small group of friends or family is an amazing way to bond and encourage each other to reach their fitness goals. I offer group packages of 5, 10, or 15 sessions for 3-10 members atĀ a discounted rate.

Meal Plans

I work directly with a nutritionist to develop a series of meal plans to help with weight loss, as well as muscle mass gain.

We also work with online customers! We will create a customized meal plan and a video demo of your workout plan, plus accountability email each week.
